E. Fill in Booking form and return immediately
On the day of hire:
Collection & drop off times: are normally 9.30am or 4.30pm. At both ends of a working day.
Other times may be arranged with prior agreement. Return times are 24hr periods.
If you collect at 9.30am on your first day of hire you need to drop off at 9.30am on your last day of hire.
Allow up to an hour for collection & return: to verify paperwork and familiarise yourself with control & operation of the campervan.
Bring with you: your passport, driving licence, your original copies of utility bills (gas, electric, etc) plus your cash security deposit in cash £500
Terms & Conditions: you will need to sign these as you will have read these before booking
Security Deposit: £500 is payable in cash when you collect the campervan. The deposit is returned in full providing: the campervan is returned on time; there is no damage; and the interior is clean with its inventory intact.
2 BERTH FRANK : LPG fuel tank: The tank will be filled when you collect the campervan, and needs to be returned with a full tank. The petrol tank will be half full and needs to be returned as such.
4 BERTH HUGGY: Petrol fuel tank: The tank will be full on collection and needs to be returned as such.
